I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to the Psi Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha at the University of Washington! Whether you are a prospective member, a current sister, or a curious visitor, we are thrilled to have you explore the unique experiences that our chapter has to offer.

One aspect that truly sets our sisterhood apart is the freedom our members enjoy in choosing their living arrangements. Whether it's in the University of Washington dorms and apartments, off-campus, or at home, we embrace the diversity of choices, understanding that each member's journey is unique. There are no living requirements because we believe in the importance of individual autonomy and personal circumstances.

At the heart of our chapter are nine key values that shape our chapter’s identity and guide us in all that we do. These values include: being rather than seeming, lifelong learning, leadership, responsibility, humility, seeking understanding to gain true wisdom, loyalty and commitment, service and philanthropy, and, most importantly, love. These values are not just words; they are the principles that define our sisterhood and guide us in building lifelong friendships, fostering academic excellence, and reaching our fullest potential.

I am honored to follow in the footsteps of the previous president, who has left a lasting and positive mark on our chapter. Like her, I have personally experienced the transformative power of Zeta Tau Alpha. There is an undeniable amount of love and sisterhood in this chapter filled with strong women who unconditionally support one another, consistently lifting each other up, and celebrating each other's achievements, big and small.

As the current President of the Psi Chapter, I am grateful for the opportunity to lead this group of incredible women. They are true to themselves, accepting of others, and embrace the diverse perspectives and backgrounds that each member brings.
